Sandy serves as Vice President of Operations, where her focus is on continually enhancing the client experience. In addition to supporting and servicing MFG’s client contracts, she works closely with the agent throughout every stage of the process, from case design and underwriting to the final placement of new contracts. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Sandy advocates for clients and collaborates with insurance carriers to deliver the best possible outcomes on each policy. She also serves as the firm’s Information Security Officer, oversees client reporting, and acts as a primary point of contact for clients, taking great pride in providing exceptional service and meaningful support.
